Citrus Cream Pie w/ Sweet Vanilla Crust

Sweet Vanilla Crust

Ingredients:

  • 1 ⅓ cup vanilla wafers, roll into fine crumb
  • ¼ cup softened butter
  • ¼ cup sugar 

Directions:

  1. Blend ingredients together.
  2. Press mixture firmly into 9” pie pan.
  3. Bake at 375℉ for 5 minutes.

 

Citrus Cream Pie

Ingredients:

  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (15 oz.)
  • ⅓ cup lime or lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon or lime zest
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ cup well-drained pineapple or mandarin oranges
  • White chocolate shavings

Directions:

  1. Combine the first four ingredients until the mixture thickens.
  2. Blend pineapple or oranges into the mixture.
  3. Turn the filling into the prepared pie crust.
  4. Chill the pie for 3 hours.
  5. Serve the pie garnished with whipped cream and shaved white chocolate.
