  • 3/4 cup boiling water
  • 1/4 cup cold water
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

How to Make Cannabis-Infused Buttery Scallion Pancakes

  1. Prepare the Dough: In a large bowl, combine the flour and salt. Gradually add the boiling water, stirring continuously with a wooden spoon. Add the cold water and continue to mix until a rough dough forms. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth. Cover and let rest for 30 minutes.

  2. Roll and Fill: Divide the dough into four equal parts. On a lightly floured surface, roll out one portion of the dough into a thin rectangle. Brush the dough with the sesame canna-oil and sprinkle generously with chopped scallions. Roll the dough into a log, then coil it into a spiral. Flatten the spiral with your palm and roll it out again into a thin pancake. Repeat with the remaining dough.
