Sweet Vanilla Crust
Ingredients:
- 1 ⅓ cup vanilla wafers, roll into fine crumb
- ¼ cup softened butter
- ¼ cup sugar
Directions:
- Blend ingredients together.
- Press mixture firmly into 9” pie pan.
- Bake at 375℉ for 5 minutes.
Citrus Cream Pie
Ingredients:
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk (15 oz.)
- ⅓ cup lime or lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon or lime zest
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ cup well-drained pineapple or mandarin oranges
- White chocolate shavings
Directions:
- Combine the first four ingredients until the mixture thickens.
- Blend pineapple or oranges into the mixture.
- Turn the filling into the prepared pie crust.
- Chill the pie for 3 hours.
- Serve the pie garnished with whipped cream and shaved white chocolate.
